Universal Dimensions Testing Equipment
A semi-automatic instrument for determining the dimensional characteristics of tiles including length,,orthogonality, flatness, warping, straightness of sides,
and curvature/bending ) to ISO 10545-2

The universal dimensions testing equipment can be supplied in a variety of sizes to suit most applications.
The measuring takes place by comparing readings on reference digital gauges between a certified calibration plate and the test sample.
The instrument has ball races, which run on special linear guides placed on the various axes which ensures precise positioning of the comparators and the supporting sleeves.
Appropriate reference marks that rely on millimeter scales, allow the instrument to be configured in a simple and intuitive way for any sample size within the range of the particular model chosen.

The instrument is supplied with a laptop and operating system together with retrieval software for acquiring and analyzing data as specified within the ISO 10545-2 standards.

Laptop with O.S. and data CEN/04 software pre-installed and tested,
3 lifting and autostop cables for side comparators,
Set of supports for tile thickness from 3 up to 15 mm.

To comply with ISO10545-2 you will need to have CALIBRATION TILES of appropriate dimensions - see separate page
